Polzeath Beach Net

I've been asked by a couple of people about whats happening up at the Atlantic Hotel , New Polzeath this summer and will it be open.  Here's what said on 'Notice of Application for Plannin Permission' that is displayed outside.

'Demolition of existing hotel and construction of new hotel complex comprising 18 hotel bedrooms, 10 apartments and ancillary restaurant/ bistro, bar and leisure facilities ( amendment to application E1 / 2008 / 02126 )'

However they have got a food van that is sitting out the front where it looks like you'll be able to get some refreshment and possibly room for some seating to watch those sunsets. Heres some pics I took earlier while at Polzeath Surfing . Theres more up on my Polzeath Flickr page.
